Skyla IUD users

Has anyone had nausea with Skyla? I got it 4 days ago. The first 2 days I had significant cramping. My cramping is gone but now I have terrible nausea. I called into work today because of it. And I'm mostly feeling it in my head. Which is causing a dull headache. I can't even get comfortable while I'm laying in bed because I feel so bad.  I read this is a side effect and I'm going to see if I can stick it out because I'm hoping my body will adjust to the hormones and it will go away.    The only thing that is concerning to me is that  I've noticed I'm expierencing confusion and this nausea / headache is causing me to be mentally slow which I find frightening because I'm usually very quick and whitty   Has anyone else had this with Skyla or your different IUD. Did it go away or do you still get nausea?.
