With PCOS I experience cramps on a daily basis. But last night and today I've experienced some nagging sharp painful cramps. Confirmed at my recent Dr visit that I have not been ovulating (been TTC for 6 months since stopping BC pill.) Decided to give it a break and not think about it for a while. Hubby and I were bding yesterday, not planned or "trying." Just randomly took my first ovulation test that I've ever done and it's definitely happening right now!!! My ovaries are working and I didn't even have to take the clomid Rx I've been waiting to pick up!
