Okay, so I'm due with our first in 4 weeks and my husband and I have decided we can finally afford to upgrade to a larger car before baby is due! We have two cars now and are planning on selling one tomorrow (I have three people interested with cash on had so it will definitely be sold by tomorrow) and we wanted to go look at cars on Saturday. My question comes down to is it possible to buy from a car lot OR buy a brand new car with no credit. Me and my husband have always been opposed to having a credit card (actually we applied for one once and was denied because we had no credit) so we have no credit built. We've never been late on a bill or anything, just have never had a bill that builds credit. I really wanted to avoid a buy now pay here place (because id still have to apply for a loan) but my dad has made it sound that it's impossible to get a car with no credit. I have no one to co sign (my parents and in laws have TERRIBLE credit) so how do I even do this?
