Condom Allergy? (help!)

So I've noticed some changes after being on the Nuva ring for about a year. I was with a long term boyfriend and always felt like something was off. I would get yeast infections much easier and the ring changed the consistency of my discharge which I didn't like. I eventually got off the ring and began the shot, but there was a period of time where I wasn't in any birth control. I was having sex with condoms and everything hurt and was painful. I would get a red rash and it was itchy and just awful. A few times I had sex without a condom  and it felt so much better. But now I'm not with my boyfriend and have started using condoms with other partners and I'm experiencing that pain and redness again. Almost feels like it's raw skin or open down there. There's also this discharge that's slightly yellow which happens each time I use a condom. Could it be an allergy and has anyone else experienced this?
