Almost 5 weeks today, was so excited when we found out on Valentine's Day we were pregnant after ttc for 11 months.. I had some light bleeding, brownish last night.. this morning I wake up with horrible cramps and bleeding so badly, my first appointment was supposed to be today at 9 to check my levels so I called my on call midwife and she said it sounds like I am having a miscarriage... my husband and I are completely devastated, could really use some support 😣😔
