I had a cerclage put in yesterday and they attempted to do a spinal injection and I couldn't handle it. I feel traumatized. I've been thinking more and more about delivering and I'm leaning towards natural birth. What are yalls thoughts on this? Is there anything else they can do for me besides spinal?? I'm so scared. I cry when I think about. I'm in more pain from them poking my back and then where the cerclage was put in.
