NOT Target, they have the worst return policy and are a pain.  I had seven friends all say the same thing between their baby and wedding showers.  I've been really happy with babyrus, they Make returns and issues super easy.  Customer service has been great!

I have mine at target, I liked it because they helped me Alot when I was there and they give you a free gift bag with wipe samples, diaper samples, coupons, a bottle, and nooks.
