At 9:30pm last night my sweet baby took her last breath in my arms. She was born with trisomy 13 and only 10% of those babies make it to one year old. I thought she would be in that percentage but sadly god needed her home sooner. It was the best 8 weeks of my life and I miss her so much. Please send some prayers our way, we bury our little girl Thursday
