What do you eat when you don't feel like eating?
I'm 5w3d and the nausea started a few days ago. I know I should eat, but the idea of food repulses me right now. I'm gluten and dairy free and don't eat meat or fish too often. I try to eat as many whole, organic foods as possible. Literally nothing sounds appetizing, not even my go to favorites 😳 Even water is gross right now!
What do you do when this happens?
