can you get preggo twice ??

We could be preggo!!My cycle ended on the 4. My husband an I where intimate  on the 13/17.About 4 days later I started having  Light pink spotting. Also  minor craps in my uterus. It was on the left side the first day & half then both the next an still till this day. 👀That week was high % of getting preggo. The spotting has stopped today. My Boob's are so tender at touch an I'm very moody. Friday I'll be able to take a test even though that's still be early. Can I have gotten preggo twice if another egg was released on the 17?  The due date would be Nov 10 which his birthday moth also. Wish us luck
