Who sees it?!

Took the test with in time frame. The second line of the blue dye popped up within a minute but it's very thin I wasn't sure if it was an Evap? But taken within 2-10min(instructions) is that a positive? I'm suppose to start today.. 
second test was this morning, top test was yesterday evening.
