breast pumping question

I am ftm and my baby is 11 days today . I am going back to work within 6 weeks . So I decided to pump . My question is , while I pump can I accumulate milk of different pump session in the refrigerator and then put it in the freezer ? How long the sessions be apart ... like 24 hours ? How long can the milk be in the refrigerator and then goes to the freezer  if I try to accumulate. Becoz in 1 session I only can do 4 oz as of now ... so I want to fill up a bag ... so if I can accumulate milk from different session I can make all the bags the same number of oz .... or if anyone has a better way of doing it. Pls suggest
