Already pregnant women......(read below)

So typically after I ovulate until I get my period I'm pretty dry down there and low sex Drive BUT lately I've been very wet ( sticky cm ) and I was wondering if you felt this way before bfp. 
I woke up and thought for sure I got my period, felt so wet. And no period yet
