I'm kinda surprised that just by replacing one of my meals with that is helping me shed pounds like crazy

If ur going to be using the meal replacement method that's probably one of worst ways to do it. Any "premade" ready to go smoothie is a lie and a half! If ur using the meal replacement meat god try getting a nutribullet and a bunch of fresh fruit and veg. Some raw vegan protein powder and chia seeds. U can make ur smoothies that way and it's so much healthier than those sugar filled ready made meal replacement shakes. Also if u add psyllium husk powder it will help u poop out the toxins keeping the weight on ur body.

The psyllium husk powder and raw vegan protein powder are gonna help u lose weight (along with diet and exercise obviously)

After ur done with the meal replacement shakes try to eat healthier cut out all processed foods, high sodium, and sugars.

Ugh that stuff is so bad for you! You gotta stay away from processed foods like that. The weight loss is only going to be temporary, believe me, I've been there. Stay away from all processed sugars in general and you'll start to feel great AND lose weight!
