Acne vrs healthy foods

If you have acne and your craving for sweets and oily foods like fast food or greasy burgers try eating fruits when your craving for chocolate or somthing sweet, always drink water and have a bottle with you that helped me a lot. Because I only get acne when I'm about to start my period... and honey nut cherios are good for your sweet tooth I snack on both honey and original... and if your craving something salty  go for pretzel... and yes this is hard because who didn't want to eat junk? It's hard it is... but it's worth it.. I promise :)
