can plan b reset your cycle? please respond

I took plan b while I was on my period. My period finished and then a week later I started bleeding again which I know is a side affect of taking the pill Today is the day my new period is supposed to come but it's not here so I'm just wondering does it like reset your cycle? Idk why but I feel like i ovulated a little late this month and I'm sure My period is going to be a few days to a week late but if anyone can offer some help with my question I would really appreciate it.
