Placenta previa

Had my 20 week scan today. Baby looked good but I was told I currently have placenta previa. I am really bummed and worried about it now. I did not have it with my other pregnancy so I am not sure what to expect. The doctor told me the chances of it moving is really good but still bummed. Any body have any experience with this.
