Has Your Child Talked about Seeing a Ghost?

If so please explain the situation!! I just find this subject super interesting. 
Today, the 2.5 year old who I nanny was standing in the kitchen and started looking strange. He said quietly, "There's something downstairs"... "It's making very loud noise".  This was scary because I've ALWAYS gotten a scary feeling at their home. I asked him what was downstairs, and he said "It's a child". What the holy goddamn fuck????
No more sleeping for me!!😭😭😭

The only thing my son said was about our dachshund. We have a doxie angel that lights up for Christmas and we named it Travis after my late dachshund. My son would always go up to it, but then he started talking about the real Travis and that he was petting him in the sky. My son is 2 and Travis passed away 3 years before he was born and we'd never talked about Travis to him. So that kinda weirded me out, but it also warmed my heart. I miss Travis so much.

Both my daughter (3) and niece (5) have mentioned things before. My daughter will look up at the ceiling and say "what's that?" And I'll ask her what, and she'll say "that thing up there looking at us" or something along those lines. She's done it a few times. Another time she told me there was someone in her closet waiting for me. Lol
My niece has said some scary shit though. She once told me she had a friend who would visit her at night and would wake her up by screaming in her face, she said he had a big mouth and was scary looking. She drew a picture of him and told me that he's her friend, but he's not very nice. I've always felt uneasy at her house though. When walking up and down the stairs it feels like someone is right behind you ready to push you. The floor boards creak even when no one is walking over them, etc.

My daughters never said anything, but my niece sees things alot. My brother lives in a very old house that my friend used to rent, she used to tell me that she would wake in the night to the feeling of having her feet tickled. Now my niece has the room and is constantly waking saying crabs are tickling her feet and all the children are laughing too loud. Apparently it used to be some kind of orphanage/foster home

My husbands nephew sees a "dead man" in the house they live in. He's talked about him since they lived there, so it's been 4 years. He describes him as a tall white man with a hat and a gun. Like a person in the civil war, they live on a old battlefield so that's possible. He hears him walking and sees him upstairs. It's creepy but we talk to him about it. He's mature for his age and he understands and doesn't get freaked out.

The house my husband and I just bought is almost 200 hundred years old and this is my fear. I'm so glad we are fixing it up and selling it in a few years because I can't live here forever knowing how old it is. There is no way no one has died in here.  We found a bunch of pictures of the last owner wedge between the hole cover and the door to the attic and a cross stitched picture of a little girl with her name and Birthday on it in a picture frame in the basement rafters and an old tin cup with a name and birth date on it in a wardrobe. I also swear I can hear what sounds like dishes clanging around in the middle of the night but everytime I wake my husband up to listen it stops and he thinks I'm just hearing things. I've gone downstairs in the morning to find the basement door isn't shut the whole way even tho no one and been down there for a few days. I honestly can't wait to move out of here lol we aren't buying this old for our next house that's a guarantee.

My daughter is now 8 but when she was much younger around 2 or 3 she use to say the creepiest things. I'll never forget one day she stood in a corner facing the wall and giggling. I asked her "what are you doing " and she said "He won't stop tickling me"! She was even squirming as is she really was being tickled. I was so creeper out but at the same time more logical. Kids have very imaginative minds !

I don't have a child yet (currently growing one), but there were a few times I saw things I can't explain. 
When I was around 11, we lived in these apartments. We lived on the top floor, a few doors from the stairs. I always got weird feelings around this apartment at the very end, by the stairs. In the time we lived there, no one would go in there, it was empty, and the place was slightly torn up. Sometimes the blinds would be closed and they would move even though the windows weren't left open and there were no fans. I'm not sure if this is connected, but I was walking up the stairs one day and out of the corner of my eye, I saw someone standing by that apartment. All I saw was a white shirt and jeans but when I turned, no one was there. 
After that apartment we moved into this house. It was my mom, brother, aunt, grandma, and I. On the day we moved, we spent the day moving boxes to the new house and getting everything organized. Pretty much all I remember from that day is it being night time, sitting in my aunt's room with her listening to music and waiting for my mom, brother, and grandma to get back. My aunt said she was going to take a shower. Mind you, I didnt really scare easily as a child. This house didn't scare me or make me uncomfortable in any way so this next part was kind of a shock. While my aunt was in the shower, I stayed in her room and the radio was on. I heard the front gate door close and just figured it was my family getting back. When I didn't hear talking, I got up and went out to look. I looked out the window and the gate door was wide open and thought it was strange because we had closed it and it actually latched. It also wasn't windy, but the front door was locked so I didn't think anything of it. That happened a few times throughout the hour. The last time I went out, I saw something by the front door out of the corner of my eye. It was black, like a shadow figure. I freaked and actually looked, but nothing was there. I stayed in my
