my feelings are hurt, but shouldn't be this much
I'm hurting so bad over something so small... I feel pain in my chest , super heavy and sad feeling, over some small idiotic fight with my boyfriend over a Florida trip. I don't want to feel this way, I do struggle with anxiety and drepression, but I don't want a medicine change nor more meds or an upped dose. Does anyone have any tips for thinking things through in a more healthy way and just getting through depression in general?
