Are they young enough that they don't care? Or are they to the age where they start to wonder what is between his legs?

Newborn to 2 I think it's fine. Anything else is iffy.

My mom said I was allowed to see my dad naked until I was old enough to say "mommy, daddy has a tail"! 😂

I think when they are young enough to not really understand what it is, then it's okay. But any older than that isn't appropriate. I remember when I was around 8 I accidentally walked in on my dad in the bathroom & it scarred me, lol.

After potty training no. It's important to teach boundaries so that young girls and boys are aware of what is appropriate.

DEFINITELY depends on the age. Newborns to when they get curious about body parts, sure, but it needs to abruptly stop after that. 
However, my daughters will probably see me nude longer than Daddy. Maybe until 4-5. My neice showers with her mom and she turned 4 in January. The purpose is for her to know what a real, female body looks like before the media makes her self conscious. I don't think seeing Daddy nude would have that same effect...

My parents were super comfortable with nudity and I turned out fine. I'm definitely less comfortable than they were but in the younger years there's nothing wrong with it.

Why would it matter? It's their father. There's nothing weird or sexual about it.
