So I am having some pain and my doctor did an ultrasound today despite believing I am only 4 weeks 5 days- I don't have a period to go off of because I have had the flu twice since January. I didn't expect to see anything reassuring, and I didn't, just a gestation sac in the right place. I'm trying not to worry, but has anyone seen anything that early? Ive had two previous pregnancies, one of which was a loss at 11 weeks and I guess I'm just looking for some reassurance. I told my Doc I really didn't want to do an early ultrasound because it makes me sooo anxious :(
