help please i'm 15 and idk what to do

i had sex for the first time monday afternoon and we didn't use a condom, he didn't go in all the way he knew it hurt me so he didn't go in all the way he said. he didn't cum but what about pre cum(i doubt he did but still) & also im on birth control but however i don't know if it's reliable because i'm also on prescription pills, which makes the birth control less reliable. after we had sex i also drank some fireball. & also my period just ended but however i was bleeding afterwards maybe because my cherry popped or the ending of my period it was just like a blood clot.and i'm still spotting as of today in my ovulation (brown ovulation) JUST TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO PLEASE! IM 15 years old.
