cervix help 😂

So apologies if this kinda thing grosses you out... but after knowing I have ovulated 100% for the first time ever during my 8 months of trying I have been keeping track of my cervix...

Does anyone know what to look for and what it all means??

It was high and open a couple of days ago and it seems to have lowered slightly since then.... iv read that if it stays high you've more than likely conceived. Any truth in this?
