Extremely tough and sticky CM

So I was using the bathroom and after when I went to wipe I felt this tug feeling on the outside of my vagina.. this came out half way so I pulled the rest of it out. It's really strong and sticky. I don't know if this means that I'm ovulating or if it's from my IUD. What do you ladies think? I haven't had a period yet since I got this IUD in.
