is it just a cold or should I be concerned 😭 help

Hello ladies! I feel like I'm coming down with something 😞 I feel weak and ache but since everything hurts it feels like I have cramps and my left leg hurts and lower back I'm wondering if I should call my doctor because of the cramps and lower back pain and my left leg hurting so much! I'm 14+5
