4 weeks 5 days pregnant, had a checkup today as i had a miscarriage last june and got pregnant this time through trigger shots. There are 2 circles on the ultrasound and he said this could be a bleed or twins, gave me a progestogen shot and booked me in 10 days later to check what it actually is. Looked up hematomas online and they dont look like this, twins do. So freaking out just want to know, cant wait 10 days. Due to my age 37 next month and past miscarriage trying to not get excited incase it all goes wrong, now the added worry of it being twins as im living 2000 miles away from my family so really worrying. Just want to know :(
