Working Out in Early Pregnancy
Hey Ladies,
I'm 6 weeks and 5 days with my first pregnancy. I am really struggling with finding the energy and motivation to work out at the end of the work day! My day starts at 5am and I commute 3hours a day total and sometimes work long hours.... by the time I get home I fall asleep before 7pm! Anyone else having the same problem with energy? What did you do to overcome it!?
