boy or girl?

This is from my 12 week ultrasound a couple weeks ago! Ultrasound tech is guessing boy, but said it's too early to tell for sure. She second guessed her own guess after looking around some more. I did the blood test and am anxiously waiting for results! Any guesses on whether it's a boy or girl?
