So I've heard about the IUD/ non hormonal/ copper and the implant in the arm and mini pill. I took the pill years ago but had hot flashes from hell and hormonal. I had my boys close in age and looking forward to a good birth control for 5 years. I have heard different stories from each perspective but how about you gals? I have a 11 month old and 3 week old who is exclusively breast fed. I was told by my doc that my supply won't be affected from the non hormonal IUD.
