So I went to the OB Monday 2/20 and had an US and it showed two perfect follicles, one in each ovary, I was given the HCG shot to induce ovulation, today 2/22 I got a positive OPK. I go in Monday 2/27 for lab work. I have PCOS with irregular periods, usually I don't have my period unless I induce it with provera, so when should I take a HPT, I will be going back to the doctor for one about a week or so after my labs depending upon my results but I wanted some opinions on when I should test at home.
