HOW DO I GET THIS CRAP OUT OF MY THROAT
I have mucus in the back of my throat. Coughing won't get it out, drinking water and other things won't get it out. Eating won't get it out. It's been there all day and im about to make myself throw up to get it out. It's driving me insane guys.
I just don't know what the hell I can do to get this stuff out of my throat
