I am new to the game. I am approximately 5-6 weeks pregnant and have my first doctors appointment next week. Today was the first day I got worried. I had some minor cramps and one cramp I was on the toilet and when I wiped it was spotting. I worry that cramp plus blood is bad. It's the only time it happened. The cramps stopped and no more spotting, but not sure what this means.
