Am I the only one who gets really bad mood swings right before my period?? I recently realized that a couple days before I start I almost always get angry over any little thing, and I always fight with my husband. I'm always in the worst mood and I don't know why! (I have the nexplanon implant in my arm if that makes any difference..) Any one else? And any advice on how to calm myself down to avoid the mood swings?
