15 weeks, 4 days and I Don't Feel Pregnant

Help!!! I woke up this morning and I don't feel pregnant at all. That hard little spot I usually feel (the baby) when I'm laying on my side, I no longer feel. My boobs aren't tender this morning. Lastly, my stomach just feels like fat!! Has anyone else experienced this??? Is this normal? I go to the doctors tomorrow, just hope I can make it through today 😔😔😔
