Healthy Eating for Pregnancy! Encouragement and Support ❤️
This group is to help us eat a little healthier throughout our pregnancy (and after too) so here's how it works:
1) Post a picture of your meal and rate it out of 5.
1 is unhealthy and 5 is a balanced healthy meal!
2) We'll comment our own ratings and give some helpful suggestions or some support!
3) Use those to help yourself eat better through the day! Aim to post every meal you have and let us know if you're avoiding certain foods due to dietary needs!
