Before I got pregnant I was really skinny with a flat belly weigh around 98 lbs and now I weigh around 102 to 104  also I'm a first time mom

Im going to say yes. I was 116 lb prepregnancy and at 15 weeks I still didn't have much either. At 16 that's when I first noticed it slightly but it still wasn't anything obvious to others.

There is no picture... but I'm about the same size as you and I didn't start showing with my first who was a girl until about 6 months and I had her at 7 months. So I didn't really get to have that belly for long.
