Reborn?

What exactly is a "reborn virgin" and would it be stupid if I wanted to become one even if I already have a kid? I'm still a teenager and I've only ever been in a relationship with one guy which is who I had sex with and got pregnant with. Me and him broke up over a year ago and I regret ever doing anything with him. At the time I thought he was "the one" but he wasn't. I really want to save myself for the right person now but my friend says that it's stupid to even do that because I've already had sex. I need advice.
