Any nannies opted to bring their baby to work?

I'm just curious. My current family loves me so much, they're open to me bringing my baby while I care for their toddler. I've cared for multiple children at the same time (two toddlers and an infant) but I'm not sure what to expect when the baby is my own and comes home with me at the end of the shift. Is this realistic? Baby will be about 3 months when I would resume. Hours would be part time, so not too stressful. It's a pretty easygoing family
