hi ladies , i am 28 weeks 2days . on tuesday i went to obg appoitment and i was explaining to them how i've been feeling and how my tummy been getting tight and including with  tightening my lower back starts to hurt really bad . they told me those are contractions . as long as they not 10-5 mins apart that i shouldn't bother going to the hospital . but they told me to have baby bag my partner bag and my bag ready just in case on an emergency . this is my first baby i totally have no clue what to put in the bags . i know i have to put clothes but what are the other most important things i have to put there ? plz help . no negative comments plz .
