So I stopped the birth control patch at the end of January right after my period. My bf and I had unprotected sex a few times. I had irregular dark spotting for 4-5 days in the beginning of this month. My actual period was supposed to come yesterday but didn't. I took a pergnancy test the day of my missed period but it was negative. Was it too early or is it because I stopped the birth control patch last month? I'm aware that stopping birth control can mess up your period but I did have unprotected sex.
