Strong chemical smell on huggies (when wet)

Has anyone noticed this. I'm on the size 3s and never noticed it before. I've done some research and I guess this is a problem with pampers too. Just wondering if anyone has noticed this and maybe found a better brand that doesn't have this? Maybe I just got a bad box !?!
