Weird discharge..?

So I went to the drs. When I had the white discharge and she said it was my ovulation since I have a 35 day cycle and my period ended on the 3rd, I told her i was having discharge for a week, at first it was chunky n very little but by the end of the week it was stretchy, white, n watery. She said it was normal and she gave a pregnancy test and it was negative and she tested me for stds but I haven't gotten my results yet.. (I scared😣😣) and today this discharge was there when I whiped ( the one with blood). Does anyone have and idea what this is? Or had it before? I kinda got cramps. And I had sex on the last day of my period. (Also I feel like they should be a std little thing cuz it's important)
