So, I'm having a hard time taking care of myself at the same time of taking care of my newborn 😩I know it's bad, but I'm so busy with her and breastfeeding and changing diapers and trying to nap when she's napping that I forget to eat during the day and even at dinner time I barely eat 😕 does anyone have like a schedule they do that works for them ? Or have any advice for me, because I really need some help 😩
