spotting 5 days before period?! advice please
I am a nervous wreck when it comes to my body and if something is off key I worry a lot! Like normally I don't have spotting and some slight cramping 5 days before my period and I'm nervous that it could mean implantation bleeding. The only thing is that I am on birth control and take it at the same exact time every day. I also use condoms. I have an app that guesses when I ovulate based on when I have my periods and I did have sex the day before my app caluculated ovulation day without a condom for the first couple seconds/minutes and then we put in a condom and he finished in the condom. I am just worried that I am pregnant and that is the last thing that I want!! Please any advice or some peace of mind
