So I had BV and I took Flagyl for my entire second week of the pill, I continued my pill and had my period 2 weeks later. I had unprotected sex (idiotic move; I know) and from what I've read Flagyl does not affect birth control but I just want to see if anyone has had a similar thing or would be able to enlighten me. My doctor never said it affected it but now I'm slightly worried!
