I need another set of eyes!! 👀 Help!!

I've been feeling very nauseous for the past 3 days. Today around 12 and after a bottle of water and juice decided to test... my eyes see something, but I don't trust them because I've been wanting this for so long and I'm afraid their playing game with me. What do you guys see?😬
