Anyone have a successful pregnancy after having ectopic pregnancy?

I just took a pregnancy test and it came out positive! But I'm worried... about 5 years ago I ended up in the emergency room because of an ectopic pregnancy. They ended up saving my fallopian tube. I'm wondering if anyone has gone through same thing and what happened? (I did make an appointment btw).
