TMI! is this my water fluid or what?

37 weeks & 1 day & this happened right when I stood up to go to the bathroom this morning. Is this discharge or mucus plug or fluid? I'm confused it was damp and wet.

It looks like discharge to me. It's really normal to have a huge increase in watery discharge towards the end. Your waters will be either be a large gush, or a series of small trickles. Even if it's a small trickle, it would keep occurring through out the day. So if this is the first time your noticing it, put on a panty liner and check it every hour. Your mucus plug can come out in pieces, I've been loosing mine for the past few days. For me it literally looks like large globs of boogers, some of them are streaked with blood... it's super gross 😂

My underwear was literally soaked and they told me to come in and I was admitted and everything. I'm still 1 cm dilated, still thick and it was just watery discharge. I was very upset

Watery discharge. I'm on my fourth and for me it's usually pee 😩

If you want to know for sure just go into L&D. They always tell me to go in whenever you're unsire about anything that can harm your baby. I think it's discharge but you never know.
