I need either encouragement or advice here!

I was going 4 months strong with EBF until last night when all hell broke lose. I had a gallbladder attack which caused me to be on the bathroom floor in severe pain and throwing up for six hours. I had nursed and put LO down for bed at 7:45 and she stayed asleep. My attack started at 10:30. My sister had to give my LO a bottle of my breastmilk during that time because I couldn't get to her. I took a shower when I was done and went to bed. LO didn't wake so I pumped at 5:30 am and got 8 oz. Then LO woke at 6:00 to nurse. She nursed until 6:45 and went back to sleep until 8:45, and then continues to nurse every 2 hours today. She clearly wasn't being satisfied at some points today with the amount of milk she was getting. Tonight she has woke up four times already (between 7:30 and 9:30) crying where I try to nurse her. She falls asleep nursing on me and then wakes up shortly after I lay her down.
Could my supply be affected that fast? Just one 12 hour night? I had oatmeal with brewers ueast and flax seed earlier and have drank sooo much water today.
Am I going to lose my supply? Will it come back? BF means absolutely everything to me. It's my time to connect with my LO and we both love it. I would be devistated if I lost that bond with her. Can anyone give me some encouraging words or advices to get my supply  going again and get back to where we were.
I'm also scared because I'm getting an ultrasound tomorrow to see if it needs to be removed which would be another amount of time not being able to BF.
