I have horrible anxiety and panic attacks, it has been going on for 10+ years. I do everything I can to work through my anxiety. Oils, exercise, mediation, counseling, praying...I do it all. I started Zoloft about 6 mos ago and I'm doing great. I had a tough time when I was pregnant with my son, horrible anxiety. He still came early after being on bed rest for 2 weeks and on meds to stop contractions. I wasnt on medication with him. I also struggled with post partum depression. I'm wondering if there are any mommies out there taking anxiety meds with their pregnancy? We are ready for baby #2. I think I'm going to stay on my medication but wanted to hear from others out there. Please no horrible comments...did I mention I have anxiety!
